Helping young professionals succeed in work and life
So...one of the more interesting projects I'ld been lucky enough to work on, is my own TV show. :D
It's called GeekSpeak, and it's about 4 young handsome presenters - Jason Jordan, Ryan Hewitt, Martin "Martin English" English, and moi; talking all things computers and technology and geek.
We've finished shooting the season, and it has been a truly amazing experience, meeting up with some very cool people, and some even cooler gadgets and toys.
One of my favourite eps is episode 3, where I visited UWA. It's the very first segment I helped to produce!

But my best episode is Episode 5, where Jason and I visited Scitech, to talk about their "Power of Light" exhibition, and explain how the National Broadband Network relates back to light and fibre optics. :)

So I've opened the door to your comments and brickbats. I know my presentation is quite poor, which is why I'm taking steps to learn how to talk better english. Lah.
Enjoy your monday everyone, and if you're suffering from mondayitis, just be grateful that you're not a nuclear engineer in japan right now. Those guys have a pretty rough job, and at least ours doesn't involve certain death from radiation poisoning....

Comment by Tiang Cheng on April 1, 2011 at 7:12pm the cut and edit? Nah, that's the boring part. :)
The excitement is in approaching companies doing interesting things in technology, and getting them on board for the series. We've visiting an apartment unit with $200,000+ of home automation and home theatre technology, been on a huge $200 million trimaran that Austral Ships was taking out on a test trip. The fuel for that trip alone was about $40,000.
