Creating jobs for the blinds and disabled people in Australia?

Hi guys, I have been thinking about this, I don't know how difficult it is for the blinds and the disabled Australians to find jobs, I guess, in year 2012 it's still not easy.
As you may have read in my previous post . I have improved my thoughts that in fact can also do something to help disabled Australians too. As long as their ears work, their voices work. It's ok if they move on…
