Profile Information

About Me:
Highly driven, highly passionate, I'm a life strategist/coach with particular interests in developing programs to combat the lack of communication and understanding between the generations of the modern day work place as well as building a company with an associate with the mission to build strong adults from the flawed schooling system as 15-17 years olds get ready to tackle the real world. We aim to teach and inspire real life skills and strategies of thinking that help not just teenagers but all ages set, focus and then achieve their dreams and goals.

On top of all that I have a particular passion in consulting and coaching new business owners on how to set their new empire up through strategic planning not just of the infrastructure needed but most crucially the mindset to actually focus on seeing dreams become a reality. I've set up two businesses for myself just this year and it's truly been a baptism by fire so to speak and I have the belief that I can make that transition so much smoother for other through my success and stumbles.

My coaching business is HeartSpace Impressions, I believe whole heartedly in my mission and I'm absolutely loving the journey of my life.

What type of work do you do?
Life Coaching/Consulting, Mentoring, Network Marketing
What leadership/career/community activities have you been involved in?
Before starting my coaching I spent 5 years going through the workforce testing the waters so to speak, on what was out there and to develop my perspective of the real world. Spent several years in construction where I earned and saved the money to invest in my future and in between that I spent a good amount of time in the UK training with the Royal Marines.

I'm currently involved in setting up a partnership with VEETIL Technology services on a 'Tony Robbins' style project to build strong young adults soon to be dropped into the deep end after school, whilst working in connection with 'GRABB Experience' Coaching who are a Corporate focused coaching team as well as developing a Generational communication gap 'bridger' niche.

Outside of my coaching business I'm involved in a second business of mine in network marketing.

Outside of that I'm volunteering for the YMCA's Big Brother, Little Sister program as a way to give back.

Welcome to Emergen Josh.

Emergen is more than a website it’s a community. We are a community of highly motivated and dynamic young entrepreneurs, employees or social innovators who are interested in personal and professional development to inspire new ideas and most importantly, make them happen!

There are lots of resources on the Emergen community – blogs, Emergen tv, forums, groups and more. Please read the community guidelines section here to get started.

Yet the real benefit of membership is in the interaction, such as :
- adding a blog/forum post or commenting on someone else’s.
- attending the face to face or webinar events, listed in the events section
- joining your state group or any of the interest groups

First of all, complete your profile and start getting involved in the discussions. You will receive a fortnightly newsletter to let you know of new info on the website.

So what goals can Emergen help you achieve?

We are really grateful to the members that refer their friends and colleagues to join the Emergen community, you can click the Invite button at the top to do this yourself!

You can connect with me further on twitter at @aliciacurtis and @ygenclub as well as on LinkedIn .

I look forward to seeing you more on Emergen!
