One book which really made me think positive is "The secret" by Rhonda Bryne.

The law of attraction -which tells you to expect and work towards positive things in life -really gets you all the best things.....Everyone who wants to boost up your morale pls go and read this book.It will definitely make you feel good and an optimistic person thereafter.

"The monk who sold his ferrari" is a very short, very good read.  It's a lot of common sense advice, which is more a reminder to yourself to set yourself short and long term achievable goals, appreciate the richness in your life which isn't just about money but really taking time to appreciate your friends and family.  All in all, in this fast-paced world we live in, I don't think it's so bad to remind yourself of these things from time to time.  Plus, I love the title :0)

We are looking to start our own Emergen Book Clubs around Australia.  These book clubs would focus on personal and professional development books, inspiring biographies and topical issues for young professionals.  Please send me a message if you're interested in becoming a state coordinator!!

For Perth members: I've just started a Business Book Club, meeting monthly starting from February. Check out the Meetup group for it here, and we'd love to have you as a member if you're interested.

Check out my new forum discussion above (What's your 2011 must read list?) and answer the question - What book would you most like to read in 2011?

We are looking to start a face to face book club next year - Perth first then in other states. I would love any ideas that you have about it - what would interest you?, would you come? what books? etc Any ideas welcome.
