Helping young professionals succeed in work and life

“Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on. So keep looking until you find it. Don’t settle.”

Question - What is your #1 way to get into your zone and do GREAT work?

Wow Fay - love this question!

Here are a few thoughts from me:

- I recognise the most productive times of the day for me to work and make sure I do my best and most important work during this time.

- Daily exercise and healthy foods help me do my best work

- I've been finding that meditation is really helpful in helping me focus my mind

- Making sure my surroundings are inspiring, supportive, clean for me to work

I would love to hear others thoughts on this.   Have you seen the latest blog post from Cam on Creativity Sustainability?

Thanks for your reply Alicia, love that you meditate!
