Interactive tools for organisational development

Hi everyone!

I am currently looking into interactive and innovative tools for organisational development purposes.

I want to steer away from the old fact sheets and powerpoints and really utilise some of the new ways to engage organisations.

The topics that I am looking at developin something are to start with

"How to recognise organisation's unique value proposition"

as this is a topic that encourages the organisations to think abot their strengts and stand out, i wanted the tranining materials to be innovative.

I would love to hear any ideas or tools that you know of!
