1. that it is a platform to share professional experiences and meet other people who are passionate about their work

2. that it supports worthy causes and endevours to put people in the right direction

NEXT BIG PROJECT - <making a video about Emergen> :D and letting the community know we are here!

Hey Alicia,

Networking and socialising opportunities within the organisation are priceless and personal relationships are the key to consolidate this.

I don't know about a big project but I would say that coming up with ways to spread up awareness in the community would be a good thing for us. Pamphlets, videos, social media such as Facebook page for people to like and share.

Thanks for the thoughts Divya - our volunteers are so busy organising the activities of Emergen we have no time for marketing!!! Word of mouth is truly how we've built Emergen so far and we appreciate when members spread the message to their friends and colleagues - this is priceless for us!!
