Helping young professionals succeed in work and life
Hey All,
I'm just wanting to guage whether the members of Emergen would be interested in some blogging development.
This could include everything from posts on all areas of blogging, guest bloggers, webinars on specific topics, tips and tricks, leading into the development of a possible e-book / how to guide.
Of course, before getting into full swing, I'd love to hear from the community on your interests, and preferences. If we were to go down the path of webinars, it would be crucial to have support and attendance, especially when inviting 'special guests'.
I'd love for this to be an incredibly open discussion, so please feel free to add as many of your thoughts and ideas as you can. Of course, I already have my own, but believe that input from the community is/would be invaluable.
We're looking to get this up and running pretty quick, so if you have the time, chip in with your feedback NOW! It would be greatly appreciated!
Looking forward to reading you.

Great ideas! Thanks for all your hard work with this.
Like most others, yep I would definitely be interested in all of the above.
Personally, I would prefer "guest webinars", "tips & tricks", "how to ideas" and the like, but that's just what would be of interest and more beneficial to me.
I'm sure that with an expanding Emergen network, anything you happen to organise will be well supported and appreciated!!
Cheers,
Sam

I would love the opportunity to learn more, right from the basics to the 'tips and tricks'
I tend to agree with Zhen that face-to-face would be fantastic but certainly understand this isn't overly feasible most of the time with everybody's busy schedules.
I'll try to get the hand of Webinars :P

Webinars, interviews, I think anything you can throw into the mix would be great.
What would be even better would be to create a how to guide after a while with each guest contributing a chapter in some form. You could sell the text version in stores and have an online version for subscribers that is interactive with chapters in webinar form, interviews, questionnaires etc.
Looking forward to see what you come up with.

Permalink Reply by Janine Ripper on February 8, 2011 at 12:50pm Apologies all for the late response as I took some time off from internet and life to go to Melbourne for a long weekend for a holiday! Back refreshed and looking forward to getting into this. Just bare with me as I start a new job tomo. If only I could do this all permanently...hmmmm. I'll let you all know what is coming up - there will be some blogging 'days' i.e. specific topics for us all to blog on on a day (like blogging for a cause), as well as carnivals, face to face and webinars, etc. Will let you know as soon as I can what is happening. If anyone is interested on joining the team to help work on, arrange and promote things please contact me!
